Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete planning, management, and supervision of the banqueting operation, upholding the client’s and the company’s 5-star standards while staying within predetermined budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee all client events, providing quotes for function bookings and requirements.
  • Control and document function reservations.
    adequate oversight of activities throughout service hours.
    aid in keeping production costs under control.
  • To communicate or make sure that correspondence is sent to clients by email and voice
    Help the management group as needed.
  • Create and preserve relationships with clients and customers.
  • Oversee and uphold the highest standards of quality and service at all times.
  • Make sure that all controls are in place for handling revenue, cash, and stock, as well as for billing all clients following events.
  • Debtors oversee and monitor their payments.
  • Make sure that every Feedem policy
