REQUIREMENTS:
- a certificate of grade 12 or its equivalent 3–5 years of experience are necessary.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, data collection, computer operation, and statistics gathering.
- Knowledge and comprehension of the legislative framework guiding the Public Service.
- Experience with working methods and knowledge will be beneficial.

DUTIES:
- Oversight and coordination of personnel actions pertaining to patient matters within the patient’s administrative framework.
- to oversee the patient administration area in compliance with all applicable laws, guidelines, and regulations.

- Send management reports on a daily and monthly basis.
- Attend to grievance, disagreement in the department and adopt progressive disciplinary procedures where appropriate.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
