REQUIREMENTS:

  • a certificate of grade 12 or its equivalent 3–5 years of experience are necessary.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, data collection, computer operation, and statistics gathering.
  • Knowledge and comprehension of the legislative framework guiding the Public Service.
  • Experience with working methods and knowledge will be beneficial.
  • understanding of workplace protocols in relation to the working environment.
  • being aware of the job being done in patient affairs.

DUTIES:

  • Oversight and coordination of personnel actions pertaining to patient matters within the patient’s administrative framework.
  • to oversee the patient administration area in compliance with all applicable laws, guidelines, and regulations.
  • to oversee and oversee the administration of patients with reference to the documentation and gathering of patient data.
  • Organize, coordinate, and offer efficient administrative assistance for every operational task. to oversee a suitable patient scheduling system and guarantee a suitable tracking system for patient file movement.

  • maintaining accurate patient records and getting patient files back.
  • Oversee and instruct employees. Sign contracts and do timely employee appraisals.
  • To address and address patient complaints, implement quality improvement programs that are both effective and efficient.
  • Send management reports on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Attend to grievance, disagreement in the department and adopt progressive disciplinary procedures where appropriate.
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

  • Offer secretarial services within the establishment.
