  • Management System’s operation. oversight of the
  • Document Managing Operators’ outputs.
  • Prepare staff-related letters and reports.
  • Review committee draft reports for the council. oversight of the document microfiling process.
  • Oversee the management of resources and their disposal.
  • Keep an eye on the archive filing.

Essential Requirements

  • A certificate in public management or
  • public administration,
  • or any other relevant
  • and equivalent certificate, and a grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or higher are also required.
  • a current driver’s license for a car.
  • Three years of relevant experience,
  • of which needs to be in a supervisory capacity.
  • proficiency with computers.

 

Preferred Requirements

  • tertiary degree (NQF Level 6)
  • in public administration or management,
  • or any comparable and relevant degree.
  • Four years of relevant experience,
  • two of which need to be in a supervisory capacity.
