Key Purpose

Within the Discovery Estate Preserver team the Administrator will provide support to the sales team  and admin functions within the division.

 

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

  • The duties include gathering and implementing tasks based on daily, weekly, and monthly reports;
  • supporting the sales manager; working with all business divisions;
  • keeping an eye on office productivity;
  • providing financial advice and acting as a liaison between the manager and the business;
  • compiling and presenting monthly team reports;
  • making sure that all onboarding takes place within predetermined service level agreements;
  • serving as a liaison to Discovery;
  • and providing the sales manager with insights and trend analyses.

Education and Experience

  • Matric with one to two years of work experience,
  • familiarity with MS Office,
  • fluency in English,
  • and proficiency with Excel
