Key Accountabilities

These will include:

• Total command over the front desk and office.

• Using the call system and taking calls.

• Maintain a secure and hygienic reception space by following all applicable policies, guidelines, and regulations.

• Greeting and receiving guests.

• Greet guests with a smile and provide them the proper direction.

• As desired, organize the department’s directories.

• Plan and coordinate activities and meetings.

• Keeping the boardroom spotless at all times.

• Making travel arrangements with appropriate travel agents for LESA personnel, including flights, lodging, car rentals, and travel papers.

• Planning and preparing refreshments for events such as departmental meetings, training sessions, and guests.

• Help with the appropriate induction.

• Help with paperwork.

• Assist with LESA’s office premises maintenance.

• Organize and document any building-related damages, flaws, and disruptions or anomalies.

• Any additional administrative tasks that may be assigned.

 

 

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

 

• Experience in administration;

• Appropriate certification or something comparable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets;

• Etiquette when using the phone;

• Professional posture

 

 

Job Specific Skill

 

 

• Possessing strong organizational skills;

• Capable of proactive work and relationship maintenance;

• Capable of efficient time managementy.
