Duties & Responsibilities
Logging Calls
- recording incoming client calls in accordance with the Helpdesk Procedure.
- Make sure calls are returned after three rings.
- Make that the Helpdesk System is accurately recording phone calls.
- Make sure that the Helpdesk System / Work Order has all pertinent information and remarks recorded.
- Help customers verify their reservations for parking and venues via the Helpdesk system.
Skills and Competencies
- Superb telephone manners strong proficiency in both languages of English comprehensive understanding of TFS
- and Helpdesk procedures basic familiarity with the client and the structure in which the job is performed a thorough comprehension of the PPP Agreement
- and the PPP model familiarity with the SARS Tax and Vat Acts and related laws a thorough comprehension of the PPP Agreement and the PPP model
Qualifications
- 12th grade A tertiary degree in a customer service or call center setting is advantageous.
- two to three years of experience working in a contact center or clientele proficiency with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- familiarity with the Infor EAM system Recognize the schedules and the site agreement.
