Key Performance Output
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Supervisor Car Park, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:
- Patrol parking lots to keep an eye on the equipment’s cleanliness and operation and to report any violations.
- Monitor any reported non-compliance to make sure corrective measures have been implemented.
- Notify the appropriate staff in the event of an emergency.
- When necessary, take part in ad hoc services.
- To minimize interruptions, make sure the following shift is properly handed over.
- investigating consumer-related inquiries and elevating them as necessary.
- As needed, replenish change at pay stations.
- Handle the daily float and reconcile it.
- When necessary, help consumers with change.
- Respect pertinent laws and statutes, standard operating procedures, policies, and practices.
- To guarantee the accomplishment of organizational objectives, cultivate, uphold, and sustain a variety of positive internal and external relationships.
- Take corrective action when necessary.
Technical Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:
- The National Senior Certificate in Grade 12 is necessary.
- It is necessary to have one year of operational experience as a car park attendant.
- Code B: Driver’s license.
- fundamental familiarity with Microsoft Office.
