Requirements:

• Grade 12 or at least one year of experience in a comparable field of employment
• Proficiency in both English and the primary language used in the region where the role is being offered
• Capacity to accurately complete simple computations
• Strong administrative abilities are required, as well as a willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
• Need to be capable of working under duress

Cash Handling

• Make that there are no shortfalls or excesses in the total amount of cash allotted to you, including floats and petty cash.
• Make sure the items on the point of sale terminal are accurately identified and recorded.
• Record the appropriate payment method that customers have provided on the point of sale terminal.
• Make sure you always have enough change on hand.
• Make sure pickups are completed precisely and within the designated boundaries.
• Make sure you complete cash-ups correctly at the conclusion of your shift.
• Make sure you have placed all of your daily receipts in the vault or drop safe.
• Verify the accuracy of all transactions pertaining to quotes, deliveries, and money from other stores.
