Job Description
  • Help customers purchase tickets, make reservations, and modify their flights.
  • As needed, provide rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedure explanations.
  • Help clients in the event of flight cancellations or disruptions;
  • management and protection of private data;
  • Respond to any grievances promptly and professionally;
  • Report any troubling issues to the on-duty Supervisor;
  • At all times, give courteous and professional customer service.
Job Requirements
  • a grade of 12 or above; prior experience working at an airport and selling tickets;
  • able and willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and variable hours when needed;
  • familiarity with computers, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • outstanding comprehension of providing outstanding customer service;
  • Strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken, with a focus on phone manners and conflict resolution techniques.
