Job Description
- Help customers purchase tickets, make reservations, and modify their flights.
- As needed, provide rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedure explanations.
- Help clients in the event of flight cancellations or disruptions;
- management and protection of private data;
- Respond to any grievances promptly and professionally;
- Report any troubling issues to the on-duty Supervisor;
- At all times, give courteous and professional customer service.
Job Requirements
- a grade of 12 or above; prior experience working at an airport and selling tickets;
- able and willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and variable hours when needed;
- familiarity with computers, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- outstanding comprehension of providing outstanding customer service;
- Strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken, with a focus on phone manners and conflict resolution techniques.
