Qualification:

two to three years of minimum relevant experience, ideally with a background in internal sales or customer service.
Experience in the packaging business would be beneficial.

  • Solid familiarity with Microsoft Office and Syspro; ability to operate independently with little direction and a high level of dependability.
  • Need to have solid knowledge and comprehension of the packaging industry
  • Needs to be proactive and show initiative.
  • Good team player ready to put in extra time outside of the office to assist others in lowering workloads in order to meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Taking care of incoming calls and inquiries from customers
  • Record customer orders and see through to completion to guarantee that the orders are fulfilled OTIF
  • Respond to client complaints by communicating with the quality control team to make sure they are resolved within the allotted time limit and offer a fix to stop them from happening again.
  • Complete and send quotes to the representative for potential customers.
  • Make sure that clients have forwarded their intended orders to PW in order to get raw materials.
  • A SLA is necessary to enable forward planning.
  • Develop/Improve long-lasting connections and consumer trust via transparent, interactive communication to meet client needs.
  • Reach or surpass the sales goal
  • Take Customer Engagement to the Next Level and Complete All Other Relevant Tasks
