Duties & Responsibilities:
• Providing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly statistics (such as commitments, weekly purchases, and DDM reports).
- Overseeing the contracting process to make sure that every contract is processed and accounted for in accordance with the information provided by the listener
- •Handling general dealer correspondence; processing the reversal of claw backs and distributing them to Dealers and ADT Finance departments, as well as providing
- Dealers with the information required regarding their clients within the one-year warranty period; handling customer complaint resolutions:
- handling client queries, complaints, and the moving of clients to ensure that all matters are promptly resolved and referring those to
- Dealers where their assistance is required;
- Making certain adherence to the Code of
Managing the administration responsibilities of marketing initiatives; - conducting active premise checks;
- reporting on area activity, sales, cancellations, operations, and potential opportunities;
- completing reports promptly and accurately on a weekly and monthly basis;
- coordinating all training and meeting interventions and making sure that the specific requirements thereof are met;
- issuing stationary and promotional items;
- assisting DDM in ensuring dealers comply with ADT Standard operating procedures;
- scheduling business reviews and training sessions
Minimum qualifications and experience:
• Minimum of three years of administrative experience;
• Matriculation or equivalent qualification;
• At least one to two years of experience in a customer service-oriented setting;
• Project management knowledge would be extremely helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook on a computer;
• Preferable experience with Listener
• Proficiency with Dealer Program software would be beneficial.
