APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS: 

• at least a grade 10 Youth (18 years of age and up) (youth preferred)

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:  

General Workers:

• to keep the kitchens, laundry facilities, offices, consultation rooms, and waiting spaces tidy.
• To guarantee that, before clinic treatment spaces are set up,
• all surfaces used for clinical procedures are properly cleaned and/or dusted should clean and replace filthy sheets in every consultation room
• Empty trash cans and make sure there is no litter anywhere near the clinic.

Data Capturers:

• Data collection, client record completion, and client information update collecting monthly data on patients who visited the clinic arranging completed client cards in alphabetical, numeric, or chronological order and obtaining files upon department staff request
• Utilize the appointment process at different clinics to schedule the necessary appointments for services.
• Organize the ordering of stationery, medical records, and other required printed materials to guarantee that the clinic has enough supplies. recording conversations, drafting up minutes of departmental meetings, and sending them to particular individuals

Queue Marshals:

• Greetings, patients and guests.
• Help provide information, guide clinic clients via many streams,
• and guarantee efficient patient flow
• In the waiting rooms, screen patients
• Overseeing and directing customers to the proper sections of the establishment
• In charge of the help desk and patient inquiries
