REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must have a certificate of completion for Grade 12.
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in both written and spoken English are essential.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
- Customer-focused, well-organized, and polite over the phone are essential.
- Having a code 08 driver’s license and being willing to work long hours under pressure will be advantageous.
DUTIES:
- Assessing reported data against the Compliance Assessment Report must be their responsibility.
- Analyze the reported compliance work possibilities.
- Confirm who owns the project data that was supplied.
- Determine the number of projects captured and the reported FTEs.
- The quantity of data collection reports that were sent to the manager of monitoring and reporting.
- Compile the EPWP database.
- reports that are both compliant and noncompliant.
- Create a filing system for each public entity and sector.
- Create a database with all of the beneficiaries that were recorded on the reporting systems.
