Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods in accordance with offloading protocols for suppliers and clients.
- Make sure no merchandise is delivered that is damaged, and load returns.
- Assist the driver on journeys and make sure all paperwork, etc., is in order prior to each delivery.
- general car cleaning and tiding. Assist in stock selecting and stacking.
- ensuring that the offloaded stock is the right stock.
- Determine the risks to health and safety, then take appropriate remedial and preventive action.
- any additional justifiable tasks that are connected to or directly affect the assigned responsibilities or service areas.
Job Requirements
- The equivalent of the National Senior Certificate (NQF4)
- A valid driver’s license and PDP could be useful.
- verified relevant job experience Understanding the different Montego items would be helpful.
- Skillful verbal and written communication as well as listening
