Key Purpose of the role

 

The main duties of this position include supporting the VitalityLife Business Unit with day-to-day HR administration tasks and helping to collect and compile pertinent data sets so that the HR team can identify significant trends from a range of initiatives. The job collaborates closely with HRM and HRG to form a cohesive and productive team.

 

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to:

 

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following job functions:

 

  • collaborating with HRM and HRG to oversee and preserve solid connections throughout VitalityLife SA and the UK.
  • Create a good working rapport with VitalityLife SA’s employees and senior stakeholders.
  • Support the HRM Update on a daily basis and keep up with the necessary spreadsheets.
  • This covers the Lets Talk data, ad hoc project trackers, registrations, HR tracking, and recruitment trackers.
  • HR reports every month for stakeholders in SA and the UK Arrange interviews for new hires and departing employees, respectively, during orientation and exit, and maintain pertinent documentation.
  • Upload records and reports pertaining to hiring and HR to SharePoint so that they may be audited.
  • Organize all administrative tasks associated with recruiting, including as forensics, reference checks, document scanning, and submission, to ensure successful placements in accordance with recruitment goals.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

 

  • Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
  • Qualification in relevant analytics earned a degree in HR or a similar field.
  • One to two years of experience in an HRA position;
  • exposure to IT/systems recruiting is advantageous.

 

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

 

advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel Experience in executing v-look up, formulae on excel, PowerPoint.
