Job Description

The HR administrator supports the HR department administratively, helping with day-to-day operations and making a positive impact on the organization’s human resources functions as a whole.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assists with the payroll department by ensuring that employee packs are completed in a timely manner.
  2. Works with store employees to answer questions and provide information about HR policies and procedures.
  3. Handles general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR documentation.
  4. Recruits operational level employees, including bulk hiring.
  5. Identifies potential candidates through a variety of platforms and online channels.
  6. Shortlists, interviews, and compiles accurate recruitment interview documents, background verification information.
  7. Responds to requests, questions, and complaints as needed.
  8. Escalates to appropriate personnel when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. MS Office Suite experience
  2. and a minimum of two years of administrative
  3. and bulk recruiting experience are prerequisites for a diploma in human resources.
  4. Organizational skills,
  5. attention to detail,
  6. strong oral
  7. and written communication abilities,
  8. and problem-solving abilities
