Job Description
The HR administrator supports the HR department administratively, helping with day-to-day operations and making a positive impact on the organization’s human resources functions as a whole.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with the payroll department by ensuring that employee packs are completed in a timely manner.
- Works with store employees to answer questions and provide information about HR policies and procedures.
- Handles general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR documentation.
- Recruits operational level employees, including bulk hiring.
- Identifies potential candidates through a variety of platforms and online channels.
- Shortlists, interviews, and compiles accurate recruitment interview documents, background verification information.
- Responds to requests, questions, and complaints as needed.
- Escalates to appropriate personnel when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MS Office Suite experience
- and a minimum of two years of administrative
- and bulk recruiting experience are prerequisites for a diploma in human resources.

- and problem-solving abilities
