Introduction
Those who would like to apply for a Wholesale and Retail SETA Funded Learnership are invited by JD Group (Bradlows, Russells, Rochester, and Sleepmasters). We are seeking energetic, youthful, and driven people to participate in a 12-month learnership sponsored by Wholesale and Retail SETA. These people will have a fascinating part to play in the JD Group’s professional growth (Bradlows, Russells, Rochester, and Sleepmasters). We are providing candidates with a fantastic opportunity to start their careers. The main objective of this program is to cultivate people who will contribute their potential to the organization. The chosen applicants will acquire expertise in a variety of wholesale and retail capacities.In all nine provinces, we provide learnerships in the retail industry.
Aspects to be covered during Learnership in store (12 Months):
- Help a consumer in the store (customer service) Merchandise,
- market, and keep up displays
- Basics of the English language
- Basic math concepts
- Using the POS system to record transactions and handle payments,
- comprehending the wholesale and retail environments,
- and creating new accounts Sustaining and managing stock losses
Characteristics the company is looking for:

To apply for the Learnership, candidates must:
- hold a Senior Certificate (equivalent to a Matric).
- possess no criminal history
- and be a citizen of South Africa Applicants may apply with or without a disability.
Candidates will be required to submit the following documents when they register:
- A current resume
- Certified copies of identification documents, credentials, transcripts, and, if applicable, university results (not more than three months old)
- Applicants with disabilities must submit a certified copy of a medical certificate from a physician attesting to their condition.
