Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Administrator to join our team at our Richmond Branch!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office systems,
  • help walk-in clients and dealers with basic invoicing,
  • assist vehicle sales and buying personnel with administrative paperwork,
  • act as a liaison between the branch and head office,
  • oversee the upkeep and supply of office supplies and equipment,
  • handle monthly reporting, etc.,
  • and have an understanding of how the vehicle industry operates (including terminology used).

Skills:

  • Being fully bilingual;
  • having a strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • being able to take direction under pressure;
  • having a strong telephone manner;
  • having a strong personality that can handle demanding tasks;
  • having a positive outlook;
  • and being able to successfully delegate and manage people

Further Requirements:

  • Preferably live in Richmond or the nearby area;
  • must possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation;
  • must have at least three years of experience in a similar capacity;
  • minimum education required: diploma or degree;
  • must have no criminal record;
  • must have contactable references and accurate background available as soon as feasible;
