Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• a mix of formal education and on-the-job training depending on the needs of the business and learnership regulations.
• By implementing standardized workplace training, drive aspects like safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery to ensure corporate objectives are met.
• Acquire the knowledge of using tools and equipment to do particular and specialized process tasks.
• Observe the schedules and protocols at work.
• Take part in offering substitute processes that will improve the efficiency of the assembly operations.
• Encourage production. Interact with supervisors and fellow students.
• Make sure all job is done with integrity, and look for areas where you can improve.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES/ SUCCESS CRITERIA

• Follow and finish the training course that has been approved, as mandated by MerSeta and FMCSA.
• To make sure competency is attained, adhere to the recommended training timetable.
• Finish the learnership within the time frame that was agreed upon.
• alternating between shifts to get more exposure while undergoing training
