Salary: R25 422.17 pm (basic salary excluding benefits)

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Three to five years of relevant experience;

• Knowledge of legislative prescripts relating to PFMA, NRTA, and eNatis;

• No criminal record;

• Computer literacy (MS Office):

Grade 12 or NQF level 4 and a relevant education, ideally a higher certificate at NQF level 5.

Primary Function:

In order to achieve the main service delivery goals of providing all vehicles and licensing services through the coordination of operations and quality systems and the approval / certificates process in accordance with the statutory legislation of the NRTA 93 of 1996, manage the implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting off sequences of outcomes associated with plans and procedural application.

 

Key Performance Areas:

The individual in question complies with the Road Safety Strategy and statutory requirements,

identifies the short-term plans and objectives for the functionality, defines, implements, and monitors the plans;

issues information, screens application forms, and directs applicants; prepares and recommends applications for approval;

records all approved applications;

collects and accounts for all prescribed payments and issues final documents;

performs quality control on all applications completed by all Natis Users;

implements procedures, systems, and controls to regulate specific work sequences associated with the functionality;

monitors and executes applications/procedures related to motor vehicle registration and licensing;

• Strong interpersonal skills;

• Office computer literacy;

• Numeracy proficiency.
