Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or administatice field preferably using SAP
Matric
Mathemetics HG
Accounting

Knowledge

Experience with SAP systems is preferred.

Outstanding experience

Understanding of purchase orders, reconciliation,

and pallet management

Com[uter literacy (competence with Word, Excel, and Outlook in MS Office)]

Duties & Responsibilities
PALLETS – & CRATES CONTROL Includes but are not limited to:

  • Crate and pallet redemptions on a daily basis on SAP, CHEP, and CLOVER SYSTEM
  • Pallet balancing on SAP to CHEP, including in-transit and SOH & pallets
  • Clover crates are balanced while in transit and on SAP to CLOVER SYSTEM, including SOH.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of pallet and crate control while balancing Mageu crates
  • on SAP to SOH and throughout travel Answering customer questions about credits for returned crates
  • In-depth deviations and open questions that need to be looked into
  • Get pallet and crate counts from Counters on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Make sure that the items that are issued and returned are accurately recorded.
