- three to five years’ minimum of experience in sales in a related position (inbound and outbound)
- At least two years of recent experience selling ISPs self-driven and goal-oriented
- Outstanding organizing ability, disposition, and time management skills
- Knowledge of the dynamics and processes of sales dedication to provide top-notch client service proficiency in written and spoken Afrikaans and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, such as the capacity to establish relationships with clients swiftly computer literate and adept in Outlook, MS Office Suite, and
- Excel in particular strong familiarity with broadband (LTE) and fiber products and services
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to establish rapport and trust with clients over a variety of channels (web chat, WA chat, inbound calls)
- Extremely focused and results-oriented, with a love and thirst for sales
