Job Objectives:

  • Client liaison: Establish a positive rapport between the business and the client
  • Make sure there are no complaints from customers.
  • Get the client’s sales order.
  • prompt processing of sales of parts.
  • creating invoices and quotations.
  • All quotes, customer orders, and invoices are filed accurately and consistently.
  • ordering essential supplies from the central supply depot.
  • Keep the invoice register current at all times.
  • delivering parts on backorder to the appropriate customer.
  • Always keep the parts catalog current.
  • keeping an eye on the components’ delivery and pickup to clients.
  • observing the selection of client bills.
  • Follow up with clients’ V.O.R. orders and provide comments.
  • filing invoices, orders from customers, and bids.
  • Invoice register control.
  • helping with the process of taking stock.
  • Gradually and On Hold.
  • upkeep and updating of every parts catalog.
  • Reach KPIs and Sales Targets.
  • helping with any part operations upon request.
  • Establish and preserve a customer base.
  • daily client follow-up.
  • acquiring new clients.
  • adherence to ISO 9001 and security
  • Every procedure in your domain of authority adheres to the ISO standard.
  • Make sure the safety procedures are adhered to.
  • Make sure that the Safety Act and Regulation are followed.
  • When needed, help the warehouse controller or supervisor.
  • Compute the cost of the task cards.

Qualifications & Job Experience

  • Matric.
  • proficient with computers.
  • Having technical experience would be beneficial.
  • prior experience working in a retail setting for parts.
