Responsibilities:
STOCK MANAGEMENT
Assist Manager with physical stock count at month end
Compare daily counts on production statement and identify variances and variance reports
Assist with production bin reconciliation
Weekly mini month end counts
Consumables
Order consumables for the production and maintenance as per plan and as per stock requirements
RAW MATERIAL PLANNING
Assist in completing grist change documentation
PRODUCTION GRAPHS and STATS PER SHIFT
Graphs on daily, weekly and monthly performance per shift (on production statement)
Complete OEE and assist in investigating variances
Daily Check of correctness of information on the production statement
H&S and FOOD SAFETY FILES
Print registers for HOD as per intervals required / monthly
Ad hoc walk through
Attend on adhoc basis relevant meetings
Compile H&S matrix as per H&S docs received from H&S Manager
6. TIME AND ATTENDANCE
Daily check of absenteeism
Follow up on time sheets received from wages clerk, correctness and timeous feedback
Timesheets: Check weekly time sheets. Checking leave forms against Jarrison
Assist with reporting, leave planning, Shift rosters
HR vacancies communication
Scorecards compile and scan / file in employee files
Qualification Requirements
Matric
Experience Requirements
3-5 years’ Experience in similar environment will be an advantage
Flour knowledge will be an advantage

Must be proactive in terms of problem solving
Other Requirements:
Pressurised environment
May be required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per operational requirements.
