  • Certificate in Reception and Office Administration.
  • Two to five years minimum of clerical and administrative experience.

  • Experience for at least two to five Years.

 

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

Operational Duties:

  • Warmly welcome new and returning clients and guests with a sincere smile and eye contact.
  • Guide them to their designated waiting area or meeting space and make the required announcements to the appropriate team members.
  • Attend to the unique wants and desires of the guests.
  • When necessary, provide basic information when taking calls and directing them.
  • Make sure cleaning keeps the reception area (including the restroom) tidy and safe.
  • Before departing, make sure the light under the reception desk and the TV are off.
  • Make sure the TV is on during business hours.
  • When necessary, carry out additional clerical receptionist tasks such filing, photocopying, binding, faxing, emailing, and so forth.
  • Make sure you are on duty at the designated hours to ensure timeliness.
  • Make sure that proper phone manners are followed and that no personal calls are permitted.
