What You’ll Do For The Brand:
Operational Duties:
- Warmly welcome new and returning clients and guests with a sincere smile and eye contact.
- Guide them to their designated waiting area or meeting space and make the required announcements to the appropriate team members.
- Attend to the unique wants and desires of the guests.
- When necessary, provide basic information when taking calls and directing them.
- Make sure cleaning keeps the reception area (including the restroom) tidy and safe.
- Before departing, make sure the light under the reception desk and the TV are off.
- Make sure the TV is on during business hours.
- When necessary, carry out additional clerical receptionist tasks such filing, photocopying, binding, faxing, emailing, and so forth.
- Make sure you are on duty at the designated hours to ensure timeliness.
- Make sure that proper phone manners are followed and that no personal calls are permitted.
