Minimum Requirements:
Essential:

  • Matric/Grade 12
  • basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook computers.
  • SAP. Retail background

 

Job Description:

  • Handle all client compliments and grievances and forward them to management.
  • Develop a businesslike rapport with clients. Make sure that every customer’s stock-related question is answered.
  • When clients ask for feedback, continue to communicate with them effectively from the outside.
  • Help clients with any questions they may have and, if necessary, direct them to the relevant departments.
  • Follow the company benchmark for client turnover per hour. At the point of sale, control the overs and shorts, including the floats.
  • Oversee transactions for returns and refunds.
  • Make sure that returns and back-shopping are handled appropriately.
  • Check delivery and invoices to ensure complete accuracy.
  • Help the Receiving Manager fill out the Distribution Center claims form and enter it into the Distribution Center claims system.
  • Control and oversee high-risk stocks Get ready to run.
