REQUIREMENTS:
- 12th grade (Matric). No prior experience is necessary.
- Proficiency and aptitude: Communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer \ Client management.
- Presentation abilities.
- Making choices. abilities to solve problems. proficiency with computers.
- writing reports. excellent interpersonal abilities.
DUTIES:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls to and from the switchboard.
- Answer every call and record the caller’s information for staff messaging.
- Give the caller pertinent information, a response, or guidance regarding g-FleeT’s services.
- Examine the different kinds of inquiries that have been received and, if required, forward them to the relevant business divisions.
- oversees an organization’s front desk.
- Receive, welcome, help, and lead guests to the relevant staff member or department.
- Retain a high standard of decorum and professionalism.
- Ensure that guests are made to feel at home in g-FleeT and that they receive the assistance they require. making a good first impression on calls and guests. completing administrative duties like correspondence management and appointment scheduling.
- Make sure the reception area is constantly presentable by keeping it neat and orderly.
