Responsibilities:
SHE Management:
- Install and keep up the SHE management system in the business division.
- Make sure the SHE files are accurate and up to date.
- Follow the appointment schedule when managing SHE appointments.
- Determine, document, and reduce SHE hazards.
- Revise your strategies for evacuation and emergency response.
- Organize practice evacuations.
- Handle harmful and hazardous materials.
- Make that the certificates of conformity and facility permits are up to date.
- Organize the plan for measuring and monitoring.
- Perform SHE inspections once a month.
- Give toolbox seminars on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Organize training in accordance with the specifications.
- Get ready for and support SHE audits, both internal and external.
- Plan and organize SHE surveys.
- Document and report non-conformances with SHE.
- Monitor injuries sustained while performing duties.
- Monthly report on SHE compliance for business units.
Blue Area Management:
- Adhere to and preserve the SOP for the blue area.
- Verify that blue area layouts follow the SOP.
- oversee meetings in the blue area.
- Each week, update the SHE and 5S templates.
- Information about SHE, 5S, and wellness should be shown for the blue area.
5S Management:
- Adopt and uphold the 5S SOP.
- Maintain correct and up-to-date 5S files.
- Help in developing and putting into practice 5S standards.
- Organize the 5S zone layout for the business unit.
- Uphold the 5S criteria and register for the business unit.
- Follow the audit plan while organizing 5S audits.
- Implement 5S training programs.
- Report 5S non-conformities and help to close them.
- Keep the red-tagged areas intact.
- As directed by the SOP, compile and report on 5S dashboards.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Health and Safety
- with a minimum of Grade 12
