Key Accountabilities

- Plan unique occasions including celebrations, performance evaluations, customer events, and away days. Plan, coordinate, and oversee communications and arrangements for conferences, events, and gatherings of both internal and external groups.

- Oversee the onboarding process for new team members (including placing orders for office supplies, cell phones, corporate credit card applications, and GAL updates, among other things) and the offboarding process for departing employees (including updating GAL distribution lists and granting access to systems, among other things).
Education
General Degree or equivalent experience
Experience
- At least four to six years of experience is required.
- Proficiency in managing global stakeholders and conducting business internationally
- Proficiency in utilizing procurement systems and handling several intricate travel plans
- Knowledge of intelligent diary management
- Knowledge of handling problems and assigning or elevating them as necessary
- Knowledge of project management
