Key Responsibilities:

 

answering calls in accordance with corporate policies.

adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while scheduling meetings.

Setting up appointments every ten to fifteen minutes will help to guarantee that customers are satisfied.

updating time buckets with flat prices on a regular basis in order to optimize working hours.

tracking the number of walk-ins, carry-overs, and repeat repairs on a daily and monthly basis.

monitoring the percentage of no-shows and keeping track of the causes.

Printing all repair requests ahead of time for the upcoming day.

overseeing and controlling the supply of government and subsidy cars.

Setting out time for walk-ins, appointments, and carryovers.

daily customer service reminders sent on schedule.

Every day, preprinting job cards and making sure all documentation conforms with SOPs.

coordinating the scheduling and management of special campaign recalls.

recording every job card while on and off the job site for convenience and documentation.

carrying out any other appropriate tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Grade 12 at the very least.
  • It is imperative to be computer literate.
  • both a clean criminal record and credit.
