Job Description
The detail:
- An Ignition Group Collections Agent’s goal is to decrease the number and value of arrear accounts while upholding client service standards and keeping current clients.
- To do this, they must meet monthly goals of calling arrear clients to arrange payment arrangements through skillful negotiation.
- They must also consistently work to improve the department’s goals.
- They must demonstrate a knowledge of conflict by employing effective conflict-handling techniques.
- They must adhere to scripts (opening, content, and close).
- They must promptly refer any escalation of arrangements outside of their mandate to management.
- They must also promptly evaluate work processes in order to suggest efficiencies.
- Finally, they must accurately record updated client information.

- You possess advanced Microsoft Excel abilities,
- a NQF Level 4 (matriculation) or higher,
- and (advantageously) access to dependable transportation to and from Umhlanga.
