Main responsibilities 

    • Ensure the company’s success by providing exceptional customer service.
    • Serve as a host or hostess to guests who come to the company’s location.
    • Educate customers about the company’s goods and services via a variety of methods.
    • Address consumer inquiries Inform clients about the different company procedures
    • Make sure clients are happy Oversee the cash counter and help with orders, refunds, and swaps.
    • Oversee the company’s loyalty program.
    • Handle returned items and communicate with the appropriate departments.
    • Return items with cash back. Keep track of every transaction.
    • Make sure there are few complaints from customers.
    • Make sure that clients receive prompt, dependable service.
    • Verify adherence to all policies and procedures.
    • Verify that all internal control protocols are being followed.
    • High quality provision of the store’s many services, including loyalty cards and welcome points.
    • Maintain outstanding relationships with our clients
    • Make sure the department operates efficiently to reduce the amount of time clients must wait.
    • Make sure all procedures improve the caliber of service that customers receive.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have the following skills, experience and attributes:

    • outstanding ability to communicate
    • Grade 12
    • above outstanding relationships with others competent, sympathetic, and amiable prior experience in retail merchandising
    • Excellent interpersonal relations with attention to detail a cooperative member of the team with superior customer service self-assured,
    • diligent, and a role model Having retail experience will be beneficial.
    • Experience with customer service will be beneficial.
    • zeal for helping kind, supportive, self-assured, and captivating demeanor Sincere enjoyment of collaborating with people
    • Outstanding client support observant and self-starting
    • English proficiency and multitasking abilities
