Requirements :
- graduation plus a National Diploma (NQF 6) in information and communications technology,
- or a similar sector. Experience is not necessary.
Duties :
- answering service inquiries from users, resolving issues, and contributing to the creation of solutions.
- help with desktop operating system software, application software, and PC hardware assistance.
- keeping track of actions, fixes, and other reactions to service requests.
- utilizing data analysis to suggest enhancements for current procedures or systems.
- Help new hires set up their computers, networks, and software.
