This role will be ideal for a candidate who can telephonically market/sell our company’s wide range of products to new and existing customers, ensuring that you meet business objectives whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Job Requirements
What you’ll need to do this role:
- Grade 12 or Matric (Required)
- A minimum of two to three years’ worth of outbound sales and telemarketing experience at a contact center is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, the Internet, and email is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Superb telephone manners solid comprehension of the features and operation of a dialer goal-oriented and able to continuously maintain high performance
- A solid grasp of contact center metrics and how they are applied to performance reviews in order to get the desired outcomes;
- a good awareness of the contact center environment.
