Ensuring thorough customer service in the store is the role’s purpose. stock loading and merchandising, housekeeping within assigned responsibilities, and shelf price labelling.
Responsibilities:
- Recognize each customer and ascertain their demands.
- Provide accurate product advice to customers and help them with any questions they may have
- Respond promptly to customer complaints
- Supplementary sales such as paint versus paintbrushes, thinners, etc.
- Assure prompt loading of customers’ purchases to provide effective customer service.
- Make sure the items the customer is purchasing are loaded carefully so as not to harm the products or the customer’s vehicles.
- Inform clients about the other services offered:
- Bulk deposits and delivery services glass slicing
- Arrange credit programs for reading unique orders

- Must possess a certification in product knowledge and be accessible in the aisle of accountability
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or at least one year of experience in a comparable field of employment
- Proficiency in both English and the primary language used in the region where the role is being offered
- Capacity to accurately complete simple computations
- Work shifts, weekends, and public holidays must be tolerated.
- Need to be capable of working under duress
