AFGRI Equipment requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated, and results-driven Administration Clerk who will be responsible for the effective maintenance of the administrative functions of the branch.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING   

  • Grade 12

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year administration experience in Receiving.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Assist with ad hoc receiving duties,
  • receive and file all delivery notes,
  • check that all documents are processed correctly,
  • and answer any questions from clients.
  • Generate reports from the system on a daily, weekly,
  • and monthly basis (outstanding claims, outstanding purchase orders, negative on-hand report, etc.).
  • Assist with quarterly stock taking.
  • Capture stock count sheets on the system.
  • Generate variance report and report variance to line manager.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES  

  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
