JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Inbound Call Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to render efficient customer service to our existing clients by providing accurate information in a professional manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product/Service Information

  • to promptly and effectively answer calls Record and address inquiries on Insight Provide dealers and clients accurate information.
  • Provide walk-in clients administrative assistance
  • Give the company accurate feedback on its needs and inquiries.
  • Provide and maintain accurate claimant data in the database.
  • Communicate with service providers to guarantee appropriate, high-quality, and reasonably priced care.

Product Knowledge

  • To do research and gather information using available resources
  • Provide customers with product and service information

Customer Service Mandatory

  • To offer excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
  • To display a customer orientation
  • To embody the “customer is king” philosophy

Collaboration Mandatory

  • The ability to work in conjunction with other internal and external parties towards the achievement of a common goal

  • prior one year of experience working as an outbound sales representative outstanding interpersonal,

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability in networking
  • Understanding of: Company goods; Agreements on Pricing and Promotions;
  • Version upgrades; Fees and Rules; Rates; Retail financial goods and services
