The cleaner is in charge of making sure Services SETA’s offices are always spotless, organized, and professional. To maintain a good quality of cleanliness in the areas they are assigned, the incumbent must make sure that all cleaning chores are completed successfully and efficiently.
Job Description
Perform housekeeping and functions for Services SETA
• Keep up with and follow the cleaning routine.
• Ensure that areas used for general purposes, boardrooms, and offices are tidy and clean.
• Finished cleaning rosters •Spot clean and sanitize floors, mirrors, toilets, sinks, and countertops.
• Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors.
• Dust off partitions, furniture, and other items.
• Empty trash cans nearby and transport garbage bags to the centrally situated collection point.
• Use a vacuum cleaner to clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture.
•Clean the woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, sills, and other surfaces.
•Take care of the cleaning apparatus to ensure that it continues to function properly.
•Handle guests’ arrivals with professionalism and, if suitable, provide refreshments.
• Ensure that visitors and employees are well taken care of, for example, by providing refreshments and drinks on schedule.
• Verify that all equipment and supplies
Support the optimization of the department
•Provide support to all units to enable to function properly in a healthy and clean environment
Job Requirements
• GRD 10 or a similar qualification
• Prior corporate cleaning experience will be helpful
