Call Centre Agents

 Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Be fully aware of everything that is offered on the restaurant’s menu.
2. Assist clients by offering thorough menu descriptions, item suggestions, and assistance.
3. Receive phone orders for pickup and delivery.
4. Ensuring that the customer’s choices and specific instructions are accurately recorded and coordinated with the store
5. Help clients make special requests, adjust current orders, and notify the retailers of any changes.
6. Cross- and up-selling.
7. Find ways to encourage or upsell the customer on more menu items, drinks, or services.
8. To improve diners’ eating experiences and boost purchases, offer pertinent information and suggestions.

Requirements:

1. Requires a Matric
2. Both computer proficiency and proper phone manners are required.
3. Good verbal and writing abilities are required.
