Are you someone who can:
- Reach and surpass your sales goals.
- Offer a variety of Value-Added Products, such as Maintenance, Bodyline Maintenance, Shortfall, Service, and Warranty, among others.
- Telesales Representatives may need to switch between campaigns depending on business needs.
- Make sure to conduct a needs analysis to determine the customer’s requirements (fit for purpose solution).
- Respect the 4 hour conversation time and 7 hour total productivity threshold set by The Engine Room.
- Give the customer information and guidance that is appropriate, accurate, and objective so that they may make an informed purchasing decision.
- Take advantage of cross- and upsell opportunities.
- Make sure you follow pertinent sales scripts to ensure that quality standards are upheld. At all times, keep your QA score at least 90%.
- Uphold and improve the engine
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Possess the necessary matriculation requirements
- (including FAIS credits and RE certification)
- based on the DOFA date. English fluency
- and at least 12 months of telesales experience
- A background in insurance would be advantageous.
