Job Description:
- Handle all client compliments and grievances and forward them to management.
- Develop a businesslike rapport with clients. Make sure that every customer’s stock-related question is answered.
- When clients ask for feedback, continue to communicate with them effectively from the outside.
- Help clients with any questions they may have and, if necessary, direct them to the relevant departments.
- Follow the company benchmark for client turnover per hour. At the point of sale, control the overs and shorts, including the floats.
- Oversee transactions for returns and refunds.
- Make sure that returns and back-shopping are handled appropriately.
- Check delivery and invoices to ensure complete accuracy.
- Help the Receiving Manager fill out the Distribution Center claims form and enter it into the Distribution Center claims system.
- Control and oversee high-risk stocks Get ready to run.
