Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate of Matriculation
- Prior branch administration experience is advantageous.
- competency with Microsoft Word and Excel and computer literacy strong organizational

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):
- Monitor and oversee the Branch Manager’s diary typing of reports on a weekly and monthly basis,
- as requested by management answering and resolving inquiries from clients and the branch;

- Completing the necessary paperwork in an alphabetical and numeric manner general office tasks

- Maintain Records of Polygraph Tests handling of customer funds
- Treasury balancing Checks on the float supervision of employees assuming overall accountability for the operation of the center and its results
- Both duration and presence Everyday inventory
