REQUIREMENTS:

  • The National Senior Certificate, National Diploma (NQF Level 6),
  • and B. Degree (NQF Level 7 as acknowledged by SAQA) are available in the following areas:
  • Business Administration, Communication,
  • Public Management, Office Administration, Public Administration, and Transport Economics.
  • one to two years of relevant work experience in the field. a legitimate driver’s license.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of office procedures and responsibilities.
  • The capacity to obtain information.
  • Run a computer program and compile data.
  • understanding of workplace protocols in relation to the working environment.

 

 

DUTIES:

  • Execute Public Transport Contracts Based on Roads.
  • Make sure bus drivers are paid on time.
  • Determine if Public Transport Operators under contract fulfill the obligations outlined in their agreements.
  • Make sure that waybills and operator claims are processed quickly.
  • help in getting the contract administration system ready for review and upgrade in order to remove risk.
  • Help with resolving service variances in accordance with signed contracts.
  • overseeing and keeping an eye on businesses to ensure contract compliance.
  • Obtain and evaluate reports from monitoring and overseeing companies.
  • Make sure there are enough resources to fulfill the sub-directorate’s contractual commitments under the MTEF.
  • Execute the subdirectorate operations’ commercial value addition.
  • To guarantee effective cash flow management, keep an eye on spending in accordance with the budget.
  • People management is making ensuring that people are developed, motivated, and used..
