Responsibilities

• confirming that the appropriate mixing amounts are being used ensuring that the tipping area receives the mixed bole for processing
• Making sure the right components are being used in the right amounts according to what needs to be blended
• Make sure there are as few damages as possible by following SOPs.
• communicating with managers about a problem during a shift
• Follow food safety guidelines to reduce product risk.
• Observe all safety guidelines in a responsible manner (PPE, working safely, etc.)
• Assist in the production department as needed
• Provide assistance during malfunctions to minimize negative effects on the productivity of the shift

Qualifications

• Grade 12/NQF 3 or Equivalent
• Experience: 1-2 years
