Description
- Answer phone calls from clients or travelers;
- Resolve issues like cancellations and delays;
- Customers should be given explanations of processes and assistance as needed;
- labor in a group and for longer hours than usual (shift work);
- Handle private information;
- Write and speak with clients.
Requirements
- 12th grade;
- one to four years of experience working in a call center;
- Travel or a relevant degree will be beneficial;
- exceptional reading, writing, and speaking skills in English;
- Strong computer proficiency;
- Excellent telephone manners;
- neither a credit history nor a criminal record able to work overtime, on weekends, and on public holidays when needed;
- Own transportation would be beneficial.
