KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • monitoring the number of scheduled versus completed medical examinations
  • Combining finished medical findings Gathering contact information [cellphone number, email, address proof, ID copies, passport copies] in accordance with GSTs updating the reporting dashboard and database
  • Encourage COE pack completion in accordance with GSTs
  • Encourage completion of visa-related paperwork in accordance with GST Out-of-office memos being brought up for approval
  • Dental appointment scheduling,
  • Bidvest foreign exchange appointment scheduling,
  • and fitness session scheduling Organizing
  • Human Resources Interviews Organizing Psychometry Evaluations Organizing the Dojo Training
  • Encouragement of departure events assistance with classroom activities and events

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Matric certificate.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Computer literate.
  • Must be trustworthy.
  • Must be able to keep confidentiality.
  • Experience in line with the job:
  • Minimum – 2 years actual work experience in an administration area
  • Computer Literate                                                                     (min 4 years)
  • Customer service focus                                                            (min 3 years)
  • To be able to work in a team/support environment                  (min 2 years)
  • Preferable
  • Experience in line with the actual job.
  • Good focus on Customer First.
  • Good focus on Customer Service.
