KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- monitoring the number of scheduled versus completed medical examinations
- Combining finished medical findings Gathering contact information [cellphone number, email, address proof, ID copies, passport copies] in accordance with GSTs updating the reporting dashboard and database
- Encourage COE pack completion in accordance with GSTs
- Encourage completion of visa-related paperwork in accordance with GST Out-of-office memos being brought up for approval
- Dental appointment scheduling,
- Bidvest foreign exchange appointment scheduling,
- and fitness session scheduling Organizing
- Human Resources Interviews Organizing Psychometry Evaluations Organizing the Dojo Training
- Encouragement of departure events assistance with classroom activities and events
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Matric certificate.
- Driver’s license.
- Computer literate.
- Must be trustworthy.
- Must be able to keep confidentiality.
- Experience in line with the job:
- Minimum – 2 years actual work experience in an administration area
- Computer Literate (min 4 years)
- Customer service focus (min 3 years)
- To be able to work in a team/support environment (min 2 years)
- Preferable
- Experience in line with the actual job.
