REQUIREMENTS:

• 12th grade (Matric). Code C driver’s license.
• Permit for Professional Driving.

DUTIES:

• Transport Customers (Shuttle Service or Chauffeur): Clients should be picked up on time and safely transported to and from their various locations.
• Plan and carry out the quickest path to the client’s destination to save time.
• Share any modifications to the intended route. Observe traffic safety regulations when traveling.
• When traveling, maintain the ambient temperature.
• Engage in professional interactions with clients.
• Deliver goods: Deliver goods to g-FleeT clients and stakeholders, such as paperwork, mail, cars, etc.
• Maintain a delivery log. Give customers safe driving advice: Use defensive driving strategies.
• Increase awareness and use strategies to avoid being hijacked.
• Use your knowledge of fire safety, such as fire extinguishing and basic first aid.
• Recognize maps, such as Google Maps. Offer First-Line Customer Support: Show consideration for your customers.
• Make customers feel comfortable. Maintain a clean and orderly appearance.
• Help the client being driven to their location with their stuff.
• Clients should be informed of the anticipated time of arrival.
• Answer questions from clients in a kind and truthful way.
• Serve as an ambassador and spread the word about g-FleeT’s offerings.
• Documentary Journeys: Maintain a current logbook for your car.
• Once a trip is finished, sign off.
• Use appropriate document management procedures: Fill out request forms accurately.
• Fill out accident, damage, and loss forms accurately.
• Maintain automobiles: Before you go on a trip, make sure your car is clean and has enough fuel.
• Report any car problems that could make it more difficult to serve customers.
• Verify the validity and renewal of the license disk.
• Make sure that vehicle maintenance schedules are followed and impacted on time.
