Specific Role Responsibilities

1. PRIMARY GOAL OF JOB

By carrying out predetermined work objectives in accordance with established standard operating procedures, the chosen incumbent will be in charge of providing controller support to handle vehicle stock transactions precisely and promptly

2. PERSONAL ACTIVITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS

2.1 Directly accountable to:

• Accountant

• Dealer Principal

• Provide controller support

• Handle car stock transactions in accordance with established work goals and established SOPs

. 2.3 Connections with all employees, suppliers, trade representatives, agents, sales managers, dealers, and customers, both internal and external.

• To possess the necessary clerical literacy and numeracy skills.

• The experience with autoline systems is better.

• To be trained on the standard inventory management system.

• To operate location and stock control equipment.

• To be able to serve customers politely.

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Stock Controller in the motor industry.

Skills and Personal Attributes

• Skills and knowledge:

o Excellent communication skills,

both written and verbal

o Advanced Excel skills are required

o People management abilities are well-developed

o SCM knowledge and comprehension
