REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• It will be advantageous to have knowledge of information systems (DHIS, HPRS, Tier Net, and HMS2).
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office knowledge).
• Good oral and written communication abilities analytical abilities.

DUTIES:

• Enter data straight into webDHIS from the collection tools.
• Every day, capture on Tier.net. tracking of the HPRS’s implementation.
• Inform the operational manager of any inconsistencies you discover.
• Gather data gathering instruments from service locations and wards, such as OPD tick registers, headcount registers, and theater and delivery registers.
• Verify the completeness, accuracy, consistency, and currency of the data by performing quality checks.
• Perform regular webDHIS data quality tests that are suitable for daily capture.
• Get the night supervisor to sign the midnight census report, then verify that it is accurate, consistent, comprehensive, and up-to-date by comparing it to the midnight census data collecting tools and other ward data collection tools.
• Ensure completion registries are monitored internally.
• Gather information about patient experience of care.
• Audit the quality of the data on-site.
• Provide clerical support services for personnel administration.
• Carry out patient registration and reception tasks. data collection on a daily basis.
• Make sure the data is safe. Create the reports on facility data.
• Encourage the provision of data and information as needed by the facility.
• Support the facility’s optimum hospital procedures.
• Encourage the hospital to adopt the one patient, one file approach.
• Take part in putting the hospital’s standard operating procedures and clinical records management policy into practice.
• As mandated by the institution, they must devote all of their working hours to data-related tasks.
