Your responsibilities will include:
- Create a thorough plan or strategy to increase sales, suppliers, brands, and new product listings in the Petcare division.
- Encourage innovation by identifying and giving new suppliers and brands top priority in accordance with the growth plan, market trends, and customer demands.
- Achieve the department’s primary financial and service-level performance metrics (sales, margin, listings, availability, stock cover, etc.).
- Develop and maintain connections with suppliers, bargain for better terms, enhance trade conditions, and oversee suppliers in accordance with stringent SLAs.
- Create a marketing campaign, get amazing discounts, and oversee departmental site merchandising.
- Assist the operations team in providing a top-notch client experience.
- track department returns, assist the customer support staff with product inquiries, and address any grievances raised by customers.

Attributes required:

Qualifications and experience:
